Stayed one night at the Quality Inn & Suites Downtown – University Area during a recent road trip. Overall, it was a solid stay with clean rooms, a convenient location, and helpful front desk staff. The room itself was spacious and quiet, which made it easy to relax. However, I did find a pair of women's underwear in the sheets, which was definitely off-putting and suggests housekeeping may need to be more thorough. I brought it to the staff’s attention and hope they addressed it properly. Breakfast was free, but very basic—standard cheap items like mini muffins, pre-packaged pastries, and watery eggs. Nothing special, but it worked for a quick bite before hitting the road. Despite those issues, I’d stay here again for the location and overall comfort. Just hoping next time housekeeping does a better job checking the linens.

The front desk lady who checked me in she was super nice helped me with everything! The room was decent the sheets were cleaned but the desk and the dressers in the room weren't whiped down the floor wasn't mopped you can see the someone spell something and let it dry. The room has a patio so you were able to get a nice cool breeze from outside instead of using the AC all the time! The night we stayed there was a fight between teenagers across from my room which kinda woke up my baby it happened at 230am the guy that was doing front desk apologized and tried his best to handle everything! But besides everything else was good!

Edwin was my first contact when I called ahead of time. Using the choice app, I needed an early room admission. It was not an issue. He was young but he had great welcoming skills. The menu was the best of ALL the choice hotels I have stayed at. Everyday they had a homemade entree, which was my favorite. Thank you for that home cooking The area is in need of help in the community. I felt safe and secure inside. Thanks for a pleasant Thanksgiving week.

Rooms looked remodeled. I liked that the rooms have no carpet. We did travel past homeless people living under the overpasses to get to the hotel. Hotel was clean and had a large continental breakfast. Besides the 4 juices available with the usual hot dishes they had what I would call a stew that was very good. Staff was very accommodating.

The hotel is a bit worn, and security is lacking. But the room was clean. The area is quiet and a bit isolated right off of the highway. Free breakfast is good. Waffles and meats are fine. Eggs were substitutes. Bagels, fruits, yogurt and coffee and juices are available.
